Simple Application Process

Follow these steps to secure your spot at Hatfield Community

Get the Application Form
Download our application form or request one directly from us via email or WhatsApp.

Complete & Gather Documents
Fill out the application form completely and gather all required supporting documents. The form will specify exactly what you need.
Tip: Make sure all information is accurate and documents are clear and readable.

Pay Application Fee
Make the R450 application fee payment. Contact us for banking details, OR
find it at the end of the application form.

Submit Everything
Email your completed application form, supporting documents, and proof of payment to:

Interview & Feedback
We'll contact you for a telephonic interview to get to know you better. After the interview, you'll receive feedback on your application status.
Deposit amount: one month's rent | Refundable : If no damanages/ late fees

Secure Your Room
Once accepted, pay your deposit (one month's rent) to secure your room. The deposit is fully refundable at the end of your lease.
