Rent includes Water & Electricity, Uncapped Wi-Fi, Meals (Mon-Sun), Shuttle, Student wellness, Furnished house and laundry facilities.

 

3. Is Wi-Fi included and reliable?

Yes, uncapped high-speed Wi-Fi is included in your rent. It’s reliable for streaming, online lectures, and video calls.

Yes, all rooms come fully furnished with a bed, study desk, chair, cupboard/wardrobe, and curtains. You just need to bring your personal items and bedding.

Yes! We have single and sharing options available. If you already have a roommate in mind, you can request to stay together.

9. How do I apply and book a room?

👉 Answer:
It’s simple! Just download our online application form (or request one from us), send your supporting documents, and pay the deposit to secure your spot.

 

10. How much is the deposit and is it refundable?

The deposit is the same amount as the rent e.g. R6880 4 sharing, payable upon booking. It’s fully refundable at the end of your lease, provided there are no damages or outstanding fees.

 

11. Are visitors allowed?

Yes, visitors are allowed during the day. Overnight guests are not allowed

 

12. What facilities are available?

👉 Answer:
We offer study area, laundry facilities, communal lounges and a shared kitchen.

 

13. When can I move in?

👉 Answer:
You can move in from 1st February. You are allowed to move in before the February starts, we will charge you per night.

 

14. Do you offer short-term or semester leases?

👉 Answer:
Yes, we offer flexible leases depending on availability—full year, semester, or short-term stays.

 

15. What happens if I cancel my booking?

👉 Answer:
If the Lessee and Co-principal Debtor terminates the Lease agreement early, the Lessee and Co- principal Debtor is required to give 20-business days (one calendar month’s) written notice with the Lessee and co- debtor’s signatures with their intention to do so. The Lessee and Co-Principal Debtor remain liable for 1 month of cancellation notice, equivalent to 1 months’ rent.
