Our fees structure for 2023 are based and dependant on which house and room you select. Payments are per-month over a period of ten months.
2024 Fees are available upon request, for now. Please contact our offices for more info.

Fully Furnished Rooms
Water and electricity
Study Centre
Laundry Facilities
Outdoor parking
Shuttle service to and from campus
Uncapped Wi-fi
Daily meals and groceries for5 days
Fees must be paid monthly in advance with an upfront deposit of one month's rental.
An application fee of R450 is required upon applying. Proof of payment to be sent along with application to community@hatfield.co.za
