Our fees structure for 2025 are based and dependant on which house and room you select. Payments are per-month over a period of ten months.

Fees must be paid monthly in advance with an upfront deposit of one month's rental.
An application fee of R450 is required upon applying. Proof of payment to be sent along with application to community@hatfield.co.za
